The Middle of Off Season Triathlon Training
The only time of the year that a professional triathlete ever can really feel like taking some time of is during the off season. This doesn’t mean that they completely set aside any program of off season triathlon training but they can just be a little more relaxed about it. They may eat a few things they wouldn’t normally or take a few days off from training but once they are back in the middle of the off season it will be time to get back on a solid training plan. It may seem easy to have the life of a triathlete but it takes a lot of work.
