Have Physician Perform A Stroke Risk Screening On You

If you are over weight, have high blood pressure, or have no viable exercise plan that you follow on at least a thrice weekly basis, then you should go in to your doctor and get checked for the possible risk of a stroke. Having your physician perform a stroke risk screening, is especially wise if you are over the age of 40, and you are not in tip top health. Stoke is the silent killer, as many times there is little or no warning of an impending stroke. Some of the warning signs are weakness in one side of body, slurred or no speech, head ache, dizziness or falling.
