Manage Factory Floor with Mes Software
I am part of one of the largest factories in my state. We have thousands of people that work for us on a daily basis, and that amount of employees can be very difficult to manage and keep track of. Because of the number of workers we have, there are numerous tasks that need to be completed each day. Implementing mes software into our factory has saved us a lot of time and confusion when trying to figure out exactly who is supposed to be completing tasks each day. This type of software allows us to schedule specific people for the tasks that they are best suited for.
