Establishing Small Business Credit
When we start a business, we usually start by using our personal credit and assets. Once the business has been established we should immediately work on building business credit.
Small business credit will facilitate access to more credit and capital for the business. It also makes a big difference in terms of business loans, insurance premiums, the terms on lease payments, the interest rates you receive and how much capital your business will have access to.
Try to establish your business credit as soon as you can. You would usually have to wait three years before creditors, suppliers and financial institutions begin to use your small business credit as their main resource.
