Should I Contact a Tax Attorney When Dealing With a Trust Estate?
Saturday, December 31st, 2011My parents had set up trusts for the children and grandchildren before they passed away. They did it so that we wouldn’t have a lot of trouble getting the money and assets that they left behind. I was told a tax attorney could help me understand the ins and outs of the inheritance situations and how to handle the trusts that were left behind. It shouldn’t be difficult, but it is best to have someone, generally, the attorney that set up the trust is the best one to use.
